| Job Description: |
The Mission Leisure Centre is seeking energetic and motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal and communications skills to fill part-time and auxiliary Aquatic Guard I positions. |
|
| Duties: |
You will be responsible for guarding duties, teaching Red Cross swimming lessons and performing maintenance duties in the pool area. Aquatic Guards must enjoy interacting with children and adults and be able to effectively deal with disruptive behavior. |
|
| Skill Requirements: |
The successful candidates will be at least 16 years of age and hold current NLS, CPR and Water Safety Instructor certifications. |
|
| Salary: |
The rate of pay is $24.17 per hour plus a percentage in lieu of benefits. |
