RESPONSIBILITIES ???Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of pools and related system components and installations including mechanical and electrical work. ???Inspecting and maintaining equipment to ensure operational requirements are met ???Completing equipment repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure compliance of safety standards ???Assisting in developing specification, obtaining quotes and awarding contracts ???Providing direction and supervision of staff and contractors QUALIFICATIONS ???Completion of Grade 12 ???Interprovincial Certificate of Competency (Trades Qualification) as a Fourth Class Power Engineer and completion of a Level 2 Pool Operating Certification ???5 years directly related technical experience ???A Valid BC Driver???s License is also required ???This position will involve completion of a Police Information Check.
