Job Description: Working directly with the Administrative Services Manager, the successful incumbent will be responsible for the daily administration/clerical coordination of the Bylaws Team at the Operations Centre, as well as work closely with other administrative staff. This individual will perform highly complex clerical work of considerable responsibility and supervise the clerical activities in the Bylaw Division.
Duties: ??? You will interpret departmental regulations to the public and attempt to resolve difficult problems.
??? You will review, and check a wide variety of records, statements and office records for accuracy, completeness and conformance with departmental regulations.
Educational Requirements: As the successful candidate, you will communicate effectively both orally and in writing; work under limited supervision and exercise considerable independent judgement and initiative. In addition, you will demonstrate effective problem solving skills and have strong public relation and interpersonal skills.

??? You have completed Grade 12 supplemented by completion of several business courses at a post-secondary level.
??? You must have at least three years of progressively responsible and diversified clerical experience including supervisory experience.
??? In addition, you must have an accurate typing speed of 45 wpm.
